We didn’t start this company to sell ice.

We started it because we were tired of settling for less.

For most of human history, ice was a gift from winter — harvested from clear lakes, dense and pure, then carefully stored so it could cool and preserve long after the cold had gone. That ice had presence. It lasted. It did its job without disappearing into the drink and changing everything it touched.

Somewhere along the way, we accepted a different standard.

Machine ice became normal. Fast to make, cheap to produce, and quick to melt. It cools for a moment, then dilutes. The drink you ordered is no longer the drink you taste.

We believe ice should still be what nature intended.
